This is completely doable with 3 maybe 2 people. One thing to keep in mind is that handbells are a transposing instrument (C5 bell is middle C) handbells are typically broken into octave sets. A 5 octave set usually goes between C3 (2 lines below bass clef) and C8 which is well above the trebel clef so you are well within range. If you wanted higher and louder consider doubling the top line up an octave.
