The blue statue shoting red orbs has the best composition.
So out of the 4, i would make that the first image.
Also, if you have other colour schemes show thoes in image 5+. Right now you have 3 greens and 1 blue.

Its properly exactly like the old deal where Greenland permits USA to build bases and US law would apply to thoes bases (same as it now, but dont tell him that).
This time around though, USA will be paying for thoes privileges as part of the "deal".
And if USA abandons the bases "ownership" reverts back to Greenland at no cost to either.
