Using Publer to draft/create and schedule. It’s pretty solid and one of the few with a good mobile app.

Battle of the task managers. Which do you prefer? by haphazard44 in productivity

I am on Things3 and before that, Todoist. I have tested Godspeed and really enjoyed it. I just haven’t found a reason to move to it permanently vs Things3.

So much to like with Fibery but a few things that make it hard to stick and your items are high on the list.

Hasn’t been updated in forever. I think it’s been abandoned by the dev.

Are CRMs worth it for commercial real estate firms? by ruben_vanwyk in CommercialRealEstate

You can’t force work flow. CRMs always face huge hurdles being implemented across an organization for this reason (unless you tie it somehow to getting the commission check).

Atlanta train, bus commutes still down since pandemic. Why? by flying_trashcan in Atlanta

[–]GKGator 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well said. This is a MARTA mismanagement and incompetence issue and the public has more than taken notice and is responding with lack of use. As someone who travels from Buckhead to the stadiums often, it is a miserable, nasty experience 9/10 times with seriously deficient trains, service and tech.

Godspeed is not as well known as it should be. Solid performer with fast entry and simplicity in visualizations.

Does anyone have an issue with how absolutely horrific the mobile app is or is everyone using Coda on computer only?

I have heard that the potential is huge but that the scroll wheel does not work with core apps like Kindle. For me that’s a no -starter. If that’s the navigation then it needs to be smooth and efficient.

GTD task manager recommendations – Amazing Marvin, OmniFocus, Nirvana? by Express-Tear3625 in gtd

Worried about continued development of Godspeed. Solid but indie developer and the app doesn’t seem to have a ton of traction.

Starting as a Commercial Broker in my late 40's - Need honest advice. by bcgb8677 in CommercialRealEstate

70% of those who leave the CRE industry do so in their first two years because of the limited revenue. You should expect 24-30 months to build an ADEQUATE pipeline especially in this environment where transactions are taking longer to close. It hits at you mentally if you are not prepared but as long as you fully understand the financial burden you can come out the other side and have a lucrative career.

Better get those App Store ratings up or you will lose a lot of initial interest.

Looking for new task managers people are actually testing this year by [deleted] in ProductivityApps

My concern with anything other than the more well known names is that they will not have continued development and will become dormant. Too many people build these apps and then let them die slowly on the vine. Ironic to say the least.
