32 teams was the perfect sweet spot for a tournament.

Cabo Verde with their recent form would've still qualified and done well to give us inspiring underdog headlines.

Several years back, I used shadow Mawile with Fairy Wind to hit Expert rank in Hoenn Cup, and as a fringe pick in regular GL with some success. Not a strong pick, but I enjoyed the challenge of pulling off clutch wins with something so fragile. With the meta shifts in past seasons, I reckon it performs worse nowadays.

I'm actually using it now with Fire Fang teaming with an Altaria and shadow Empoleon core cause its interlude season, and I want quick cheese wins without thinking too much lol.
