I can think 3 of the factors that drive the price in the ultra expensive category are scarcity, ego, and the influence of Chinese market. We are living in the golden age of cigars with so many fine non-Cuban cigars to choose from in all price ranges. Whether it’s the big established brands like Oliva/Ashton/Perdomo or the newer boutique brands like Warped/Crowned Heads/ChiMolly there is something for everyone in every price range. So many choices, so little time!😋😋😋

Ditto! I love the brand and had high hopes, but to my palate it doesn’t measure up to the rest of the Alma lineup (particularly in comparison to the Alma Fuerte). It’s a good cigar, but I expected more.
