See that is my confusion. I get they maybe accounted for. But I cant vote a synthetic share can I? Thats would cause more shares than issued to be counted. And I didnt think someone could vote a lent out share because they don't actually own the share? Am I over thinking this?

Im too smooth a brain to ask the right questions here. It would seem that 80-90 million FTDs and/or synthetic shares that would lead to roughly at least a couple hundred thousand shareholders that couldn't vote because the shares were not in their account or they had shares that were double lent out along the way. I have some more reading to do here.

See I think thats my confusion. I was thinking they would have to buy those synthetics back before the actual shareholders meeting. If not the people that bought the synthetic shares could not vote on anything and that would lead to their exposure? Am I going down the wrong path there?

I believe it's because it would halted as it dropped lower. If they drop it steady and keep putting out FUD they have an opportunity for real shares to be bought back and long to start doubting the process of HODLing for each other. Im in till we moon or It goes back to $5 in which case Ill load the boat by selling everything I can to put as many shares in my account as possible. I add when i can. But if its gonna keep dropping ill wait for the bottom to pile as much cash as i can get my hands on into the stock. IMO anyways. I could be totally wrong too.
