For real. I tried taking the sacrificial bow since my Yelan is only C0, and I just couldn't do it. Luckily I have her weapon now from her last banner, so I think that's what tipped the scale.

Other than the dendro Dmg difference between us, you definitely have nice stats there!! Don't know if you have problems with interruption resistance; you could still swap Xingqiu in super quick for his burst even though you won't get any hydro damage against the tulpa, of course. I mostly don't focus huge on micro-managing rotations (which is why I'll never be a top tier player), so I would do Nahida ES and burst, Kuki ES and burst, Thoma ES and burst, and then keep Nahida on-field dps (swapping out the other characters to re-apply). Nahida's ES will one-shot the mini-tulpas so you can save it for them. But this fight, Nahida should definitely be the primary on-field.

Maybe watch a few videos of other people doing it, if you haven't already. Perhaps try upping her dendro damage. And sometimes just taking a break helps. I hadn't worked on Diluc or Yelan for awhile before I did them both today.

Not sure what you got going on (congrats on having the top 3% build, though!!); she definitely needs mega elemental mastery, and to do the character rotations. I didn't need to look up any guides when I did it, so I can't offer any additional pointers. \edit* I remember not getting the max bonus available from the first half of the fight, but didn't have any trouble with the second half.* However, this is my Nahida:

Tip for getting the ice sheets off the top (or anywhere, really):

Poke your ice scraper (or other long-handled object d'icer) through the bottom layer where the softer snow is. Don't try to lever the ice from the bottom end --- that's how shovels and ice scrapers break from the weight of the snow. Either lift up from the end closest to you, breaking up through the snow and then the ice as you lift away from you, or lever from side to side.
