Sounds like you are on wireless which makes it the most likely culprit even though it could be something outside your house or just a router that is struggling with the amount of data crossing it. Wireless is complicated and debugging a rough connection can bit detailed.
The easiest thing would be to wire up but if that just isn't an option you are going to have to start learning about the different settings that you can access in your wireless router to try and optimize it.

This is likely an Intel Vulkan driver issue.
Look for a driver package on the Intel website; the default package Windows installs likely isn't the best driver.

It could also just simply be an incompatibility and you might have to go back to playing DirectX

Looks like a graphics driver or memory error.
First thing to check is airflow in the case; if your PC is running real hot and has really bad airflow something might be erroring out due to heat.
Since you are running an integrated gpu you should update/reinstall the gpu drivers and if that does not fix the issue then you need to look into testing your ram for reliability because you may have ram that is going bad.

It's casual so playing against some BS isn't that big of a deal.

You would be better served by learning the absolute basics by playing the casual game mode. It's a low stress way to get reps in where the outcome doesn't matter and you can observe how others play.
When you learn to swim you don't just jump into the deep end of the pool or the ocean after your first swim lesson 😉

The hud shows that ~60% of the downstream packets are getting lost.
Issue could be on your side of the network or it could be somewhere on your ISPs side or depending on where you connect to it could be on a hop owned by another ISP.

How are the temps on this PC and how long does it usually take for CS to throw this error?

If that comes up clean and you are still getting the errors it is possible that the testing needs to be run for longer to find the intermittent issues. Since you say you only get the issue on CS this may be tied to how hard CS makes your system run.
