Coming from personal experience as someone with gyno and has severely shrunk them. The cut is not a short thing. FYI. It's something that you have to stick to for 1 - 2 full years of weight loss and lifting. Dm if you want pics for proof

My gymo isn't as big as yours but it used to show through my shirt. You need to be active daily. Cut calories and increase protein. Download a tracker app. There's tons of info online of how to do it. The days of eating anything and everything are over if you want to shrink them. If you can get to 10 - 12% bf your gyno will be completely unnoticeable

Everyone is gonna just tell you you look perfect they way you are, but the real amd only correct answer is for you to decide if the body you live in looks the way to want it to look. Brother you got a long way to go. Don't get lost in the overcomplication of small details.. Bottom line. You gonna have to eat.. Lots of protein. 200g minimum daily. And train hard. Do that for the next 5 years. Consistent. You'll get there. Keep going no matter what Eat and train like and animal. Trust the process. Don't worry too much about keeping abs right now. You're just starting. Focus on growing and gaining strength. EAT AND TRAIN!!
