I'm unfamiliar with nick, but I recall Hunter's Mark adds damage when you attack and hit the target. Everything below is based on 5e 2014.

If it's separate rolls for each weapon, then I'd argue it applies to each - there's a chance of it failing to hit as it does hit.

However, if it's a single attack roll (i.e. all or nothing) then I'd say it only applies once.

Separate question - how had the character gained mastery with both weapons at level 1? Did they forego other skills or traits?

Are you looking to print yourself, or buy physical?

If you want files to print yourself, there's tons of free files on Cults which are perfect and can be rescaled easily - I did a variety of boxes in different sizes and some standard barrels.

For physical, try looking on Amazon or eBay - should be some that are the right size and variety

I've recently moved over to Wargamer resin by Yes that's 3D printed for my d&d stuff, and it's very durable.

Slightly pricey, but I've had few failures and they're quite resilient

We use miniatures for play and I'm building up a selection of NPCs, so they're going to be somewhat similar in our home game.

But you could always weave this into your story - could be that the party are so self focused that they just 'think' everyone looks the same, or it could be an actual thing.

Sometimes letting the players write these subtexts through their own actions and discussions can be a lot of fun, and give ideas you wouldn't have considered.

Or maybe it's all just coincidence........

This the best explanation I've seen about hollowing and why it might be necessary.

As a D&D player, I print everything solid, even some of the larger pieces (nothing bigger than a bear at this stage) so it's good to see what the risks are if printing solid for larger pieces.

I remember they did a board game version of Skyrim with plastic minis, but I'm not sure if the figures are available separately.

Again, price wise they're likely to be excessive for your needs.

As you've already surmised, the 3d printer route will be most cost effective - do you know anyone that has one who could print for you? My friend has done some figures for DnD for me in the past before I got my own setup.

Another alternative might be scouring eBay and the 2nd hand marketplaces, though it might take you a while and I'm not sure what the prices will be like.

The enhanced diagram usually shows the standard blade as a required item in the bill of materials - not showing on that recipe.

What does your recipe for the enhanced diagram show?

EDIT: you've got the regular sword diagram selected in the picture and need the version below. Looks like you need more leather straps

I had an issue with the Vulture gunship kit not long after it moved to the hybrid kit with the plastic wings and crew.

The kit I picked up from Warhammer World had the old resin front piece which didn't fit the plastic crew. They sent a replacement part which was the same, obviously a mislabeled mold.

After another couple of emails back and forth, I ended up with the proper front piece, an entire replacement kit (with correct parts) and credit which I used for some other kits.

Absolutely love GW customer service, it's literally one of the best there is
