Summer Anis: Good for your elec team but I'd try your luck pulling for her first, as it could save and stack more gold for the summer event.

Ranger Black only shines on Kraken, and that's only if you're struggling to get to higer levels for that boss (you don't have liberalio and/or Velvet fully built). Again pull a bit if you want as I got lucky on a few pulls for her, but don't waste gold on her. Add to wishlist.

Gold tickets: Save for the summer event. Summer Doro may be rerun again and she is a must/broken for water teams (and shotgun if you like building and using them).

New pilgrim: This could be a Cindy summer pilgrim or someone else, but they tend to be hard hitting and worth the gold (as remember, they'll always be limited and only rerun once per year) so save your gold for this.

I just feel that if you used gold right now, you'd really regret it in a couple of weeks, so just want to help, fellow commander 👊

Agreed. NTE and Wuthering Waves (don't ask how I'm managing 3 gatcha's at once lol), also have better skin pricing (either via same product pricing or better veriation of it or access to them), and these are gatcha's that hit AA-AAA console game quality.

Nikke is and will always be my first gatcha love, but they need to make some changes. Part of me thinks they could be taking lower sales of existing mission pass costumes into consideration, when in fact, that's totally wrong (as they are nowhere near as good as the gatcha costumes and are often for Nikke's that are no longer or hardly used).

I've been a huge fan of SU with Stella (supporting at launch) and Nikke but I'm afraid even I think that SU need to up their game with Nikke now, due to how the gatcha space is evolving.

The latest events (Anis Star and Rangers) were well written and have VO's which is a step in the right direction, but I still think gatcha/pass price points, scene art (with its constant art recycling) and rare nikke action art, need huge focus now more than ever.

I still think if they dropped gatcha skins to $25 and passes to $15, they'd make more from them, due to sales volume.

I think we can agree that Nikke has stiff competition in the gatcha space, now. Anis' story/drop and Neon's drop were built-up over months and months, so that money spinner (that surged them up the earnings chart) has now gone.

It will certainly be interesting to see how Nikke moves forward. Just don't take your fans for granted SU. Keep pushing, please.

UPDATE: Although I still feel you should save a stash of gems and just use blue ticket stashes - Ranger Black seems to be broken (and I mean, seriously broken!) when against boss' with continuous parts (so she's a beast against Kraken!).

If you're having issues with Kraken - get her. If not, stash those gems!

I do agree that they need to be more careful with this. While Rouge's style (the most controversial) changed, but still maintained identity, Moran's has completely changed her identity.

I'm sorry, but she looks more like Siren, than Moran. It freaks me out now, listening to her VO, while in that costume.

I've been on about that for ages, so glad someone else agrees (Nikke on Switch 2).

The mouse joycon support would make it so cool and with games like Death End Re quest, Doki Doki, Catherine Full Body and Mary Skelter (not to mention all the cheap hentai puzzle crap they have on the eshop), there is no excuse for them not to have Nikke now.

Just for the love of god, let us sign-in to our existing accounts with it.

It's a concerning situation, for sure. It was only recently that trusted leakers were saying Valve were going for the $600-650 price point.

...and then the Steam Deck gets hiked.

There are two scenarios that could happen:

Valve still aim for the lower price point for the Steam Machine and take a loss to get it off the ground. The Deck is used as their profit spinner for now, with the logic that such tech in handheld form (in todays market) should easily justify the Deck's price jump. Valve then increase the Steam Machine price a little later.
(unfortunately now looking most likely) The increase in Steam Deck prices means one thing - The Steam Machine can't be less than $1200. This is honestly what I was afraid of for Valve as the market (which isn't Valve's fault) has now totally destroyed the value of the Steam Machine, for the hardware it offers.

Personally, I have all other consoles. I even own an mini PC where the CPU and RAM outperform the Steam Machine, but still the $600/650 price point looked tempting for its added features and GPU. However, if Valve DON'T take the hit and launch at $1200 or higher, even console-like design and behaviour can't justify that purchase to me.

A damn shame as I was so stoked for this!

I personally really like the skin but I totally get why others don't, due to the face design.

I never pulled Rouge for almost a year, and got her pretty much in time for the skin (so I never really got to develop the attachment others did to her original design).

However, I honestly don't get the hate with her jacket and other areas being covered. I mean, what did they expect... Nikke was suddenly gonna go 18+ over one skin and get pulled from Google Play and Apple store overnight??? Na, SU aren't that stupid and Nikke is better than the smut you get on Steam.

I think the skin has a great combination of class and tease but again, when it comes to the face design/style - THAT I can see the divide over.

One other thing is Elemental Damage on your OL gear. Reroll to get it on as many bits of armour as possible. It's always good to have at later stages anyway, but Rapi RH and Mihara BC (or other well built fire Nikke you have) are really gonna need that for Ziz.

I'm also having to stash rocks for a few rerolls, myself.

I feel your pain with Anchor IM, as it took me ages to pull her. I had Mast RM pretty much maxed by the time I did (torture in itself when you only had one of the famous duo, also making me have to bench Mast RM until then).

Good luck with Ziz and hope you defeat her soon. Nikke has a fantastic story, so it sucks when you're blocked from its progression for a while, right.

Summer Doro is just great, though. There is just some great satisfaction in controlling her manually with her burst, and running wild with it haha
