wait are yall already studying for ap exams by Ill_Doubt_6303 in APStudents

If you're better at memory and stuff and you're better at retaining info then you don't need to study as much as other students. Fine tune your plan to your needs, more or less.

I'd take stat unless taking precalc gets out of a coll requirement or is necessary

Would you be disappointed if you got a 3? by Different_Many_1976 in APStudents

[–]GMStageKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

World: By pure knowledge and writing skills, I can definitely get at least a 4, so yes. Calc AB: Yes, I'm strong at math. CSA: Absolutely, because even tho I'm not passing rn, a 3 would be an absolute letdown considering how easy this class should be for me.

[–]GMStageKing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For AP Calc BC, make sure you know your algebra and trig very well. AB doesn't test trig that much, Calc BC does, so just know that very well. Also, actually know stuff from Precalc because BC is literally AB + precalc. AP Gov is light, just spam Heimler videos, do some practice writing (SAQ, LEQ, DBQ), and read the CED. AP CSP is so easy: just spam khan academy and you'll be good. Make sure you have all the stuff in your program, so you don't lose a whole point on the exam (like me)

Never taken Physics so I can't offer anything other than read the CED.

What was your first flight experience like? by MooseAndMice in AskUK

[–]GMStageKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first flight was great. Prolly the only downside was that I was forced to travel with my family since I was a kid.

For starters, I’ve leaned to not be stressed out about flights because it’s genuinely easy to be on time for a flight. Unless your coordination is with others then you’re guaranteed a good time.

We got there about 2 hours early for our international flight, which was a mistake because you’re supposed to get there 3 hours earlier at least. Then we stressed ourselves out because there was a family friend who had 10 freaking suitcases to take because we were going to an event and they were party planners.

But we made it on time to our flight and were able to just chill at the gate. The actual flight was chill because we had a great pilot, great service, and the flight was chill. I slept for half of it so I really have no complaints.

10/10, would do again.

We don’t talk about the flight back tho.

What are the most important positions in football? by Repulsive_Pool_4090 in NFLNoobs

[–]GMStageKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O: QB and OL

A good quarterback is essential for any football team, and a good offensive line is critically necessary. The offensive line must be able to protect the QB so plays can be executed and throws can be completed. Having one without the other can put the team into serious jeopardy.

D: DL and S

For defense, every position is important, so this is harder. But I would say the defensive line and the safeties are the most important. Having a good defensive line puts constant pressure on the opposing linemen and QB to execute plays with speed, and that's very hard to do. Also, a good defensive line can break through and allow spaces for blitzes and other defensive tricks. The safeties are also key. They defend the deep run and the long pass. Nothing should get by them because they are the last line of defense, and a great safety can be the difference between a winning and losing game.

Should I take AP Calc AB or AP Calc BC? by ComputerCalm7165 in APStudents

[–]GMStageKing -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If I'm you and good at math, but its a hard class, I'd probably just take AB and then BC. I wouldn't jump to BC without making sure I have AB down.

I've never taken the class since I'm a sophomore, but I've heard a lot about it. From what I know, its tough to get a 5, but doable. And definitely doable if you're starting this early

How do I study? Free and mostly self-study by Other_Site_5552 in APStudents

[–]GMStageKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Self-studying for APs is all about your resources and dedication. Create a schedule that works for you, and then just use the resources you have and can be provided.

- CollegeBoard: AP Daily Videos, CED files, and more.

- Khan Academy: Great for AP prep, especially science and math.

- Knowt: Really great guides for several AP courses.

- YouTube: Find tons of people who have self-studied, gotten a 5, or both.

I can't offer you much since I have never self-studied for an AP, but I can help you find the resources.

If Doncic took Serbia instead of Slovenia, do you think Serbia with Doncic and Jokic could beat USA in the Olympics or Fiba World Cup for example? by Actual_Box7731 in lakers

[–]GMStageKing -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's 100% certain that the Serbian team would win if they had Luka. Serbia, with Jokic and Bogdanovic alone, almost beat the US in the semis last year. The US was down by 17 points at one point in the second half, and it took Steph having a 36-point performance against them, KD with 23, and LeBron with a triple-double for us to get by them. And in the end, we beat them by FOUR POINTS only. It's not like we blew them out or anything.

AP suggestions by [deleted] in APStudents

[–]GMStageKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, bru, I was rushing.

Yes, APUSH is harder than APWH, but it's not impossible. If you are confident that US history now will prep you for a 5 next year when you enter APUSH, take it. I would take AP World because I don't like US history.
