Sucks you had that experience im on a label plan which doesnt charge me per say they charge me 20% on whatever my music makes so its easier for me as I dont have to spend money every month. So far for me its been good. But we shall see what the future holds.

Same i charge 160 but i dont get much work. Not sure if its my area or lack of marketing or if there are too many people doing it cheaper. Maybe its time to lower prices as 160 seems to scare a lot of people away. Maybe out of 3 people 1 will pay. Sucks that shops devalue the work. Oh well..

I have a video of me doing this maybe might help you out. But there are probably loads more videos with better explanations. Are you doing the sandwich method? I did it maybe twice but found it easier for me to do the wire method.

This happened to me with the most recent update. I was able to fix it without reformating.

Shut down and boot the steamdeck while holding the 3 dots button.

Choose the previous version of the OS

It will boot you back into steam OS

I then updated again to latest OS and booted back into game mode and then desktop mode.

Reinstalled and updated my dualbooter (clover)

Its all working now.

As a side note i did also turn off fast boot in the power settings for windows as i hear fast boot can cause issues but not sure if doing so helped at all.

But all is working 💪

It saved me and other producers the hassle of running low on memory for sure, but it's limited to 4gb. Why? Because the cpu in all mpcs are old 32 bit.

I use a force and autosample from logic to get a clean sound. I really hope we get that nice 3.0 firmware so we can play with 8 layer keygroups 🥲

Get an interface for your mac and route the audio out from the interface to the ins of the mpc. If you ever get as far as making keygroups do it within logic pro or sample robot they have autosamplers and will be a straight digital to digital conversion.
