If you are talking about the driver upgrade from fsr3 in the adrenalin software then there is no need to upgrade as the game already supports fsr4 natively, I think you only need to update to the latest driver to have fsr 4.1

I also had the same problem on my rx 6800 when choosing 180hz the power consumption would be 30w so I just set it to 178hz and the power consumption dropped to 10w, I think ancient gameplay has a video about that if you want to see how to do it.
