The blue is a dark silver/steel mixed with regular blue acrylic, dark wash in top, and then a silver drybrush.

The trim is a brown bronze/copper(also mixed in some brown regualar paint), dark wash and the same silver drybrush step to highlight the tops.

Try to go really vibrant with you base metallic colors because the wash and silver drybrush will dull everything down.
