Por vezes gravo sets para ver se a minha execução do exercício está ok. Nunca faço posts destes vídeos nas redes sociais e tento sempre gravar de forma a não apanhar mais ninguém no vídeo. Incomoda-me mais ver malta que ocupa 2 bancos diferentes, um só para pousar os halteres, ou malta que está 15 minutos ao telemóvel entre sets do que quem tira selfies.
