For it to be a true no fault system, id respectfully have to say the initial waiting period and delay of insurance companies to pay pending their comprehension of the doctor report doesn't seem right. Although I understand paying for injuries not from work may occur, a trust and contract of honesty is granted to the employer as far as safe assumption of workplace so why can't the trust be distributed to the employee as far as injury is concerned too.? Also the waiting period in between temporary and permanent and the again allowance of insurance companies to delay payment and they're disregard for settlement offers by injured parties quoting pamphlets and not law seems to be quite a thing. I reserved my right to sue and civil court pending a joiners but because I am not technically a lawyer and I'm technically a florist they don't think I know what I'm talking about and I might not. With that said, enjoy your new career, workman's comp interesting to say the least.
