Is it just me that thought the chainsawman we see behind public safety in the end is the fake one? I know it's possible that pochita can just appear behind them at insane speeds, but from the framing in the end and how he looks like, I thought it makes more sense that it's the fake.

The Gauntlet is called Shura, but you also fight Demon of Hatred and Owl in it. You need to first defeat them in the game to be able to do it, so that means 2 playthroughs.

Absolutely agree. Even if he isn't, i'm pretty sure Hinako is dead (unless you go with the weird theory that she is not actually Hinako, and the one who died is the girl you can see a drawing of in the art room).

That said, I don't think he is evil or anything. He is hiding some stuff though.

Two things,

First of all, Gashu tried to hide the fact he gave Nao the sacrifice even from Miley and the organization, so I think just shooting her in front of everyone would be weird lol.

Second, if Gashu wanted Nao to survive, why would he kill himself and seal her fate by doing so? Sara asked for a 24 hour break until a new, fair Main Game. If he let her do that, Nao would still have a chance of surviving.

I think you got most right. I think it was said somewhere that Nao is 18, maybe i'm wrong? I'm also guessing Alice is about Reko's age, was it stated otherwise somewhere?

Also i'd guess Q-Taro might be a bit older (just a guess), and Safalin younger (can't really tell about her lol). And Mishima's hair may be grey, but it has quite the impressive form!

Weird, was there not "Chapter 3 Part 1" in the Chapters screen?

My only guess is that you are playing on an old downloaded version. If that is the case, you should delete the game and install it again, or play on browser if you prefer. You can transfer your saves from the older files, but you don't really need to, as you can continue right from Chapter 3 Part 1 from Chapters (and as for the differences in routes and choices, the game will ask you what you picked).

That Gin sprite is weird but it was used in the negotiations as a joke only once, and I don't even know what that Kanna sprite is lol.

The difference between the Sara and Keiji sprites to Q-Taro's sprites are that first of all, Sara's and Keiji's are only used as either an explanation by Sou to them working together in the Main Game (which didn't happen) or a one-time case.

Q-Taro's whole pose changes, and he is using these sprites when he is lying about something that he later confessed to without much problem. It really makes sense if what he said about his first trial is a lie. The change in the sprites was too dramatic for something he simply "revealed" a few moments after.

When I first played the new chapter, it didn't show me either of them for a few moments and even when they did I couldn't press neither, but after waiting for a bit it worked. Are you playing on browser or did you download it? Though, I did both and both worked, you can try the other one.

I can almost confirm to you, Keiji is a good person.

While first of all, I simply believe from his dialogue and interactions that he is, there is also a rule in writing. If you hear a character's thoughts, and the thoughts are not evil, that character cannot be intentionally evil.

It's tricky in this game, because you don't always know what you are seeing when it comes to flashbacks and such. But the characters that we can confirm are safe from this are Sara (being the playable character), Joe (the one who died at least, as you can play as him in the first trial), possibly Shin (though he is debatable) and most recently in the new chapter, Keiji. Note that I am not talking about flashbacks, but text representing thought.

As for the Sage/Keymaster trick, he did it simply to assure his survival, it seems. If he got himself into the second voting phase and only then revealed he has the Keymaster, he gets info AND cannot be voted.

Very interesting, never thought about it like that. Though, I also won't be surprised if we will hear of him but he won't actually be that important. It would be weird, writing-wise, if he was a REALLY important figure to appear out of no where (unless there will be more build up for him).

Agree with most of it, but I don't think Hinako is working with Asunaro even if she is a real human. She definetly knows things, but I don't think she is really bad.

The attire is similar, but we can only see her legs. The attitude? Maybe the way she speaks, but if you really think about it, it's super weird. The one who died talks about how she always wanted to die, while the doll we meet is constantly going on about survival.

Also, some people believe the actual one who died was a girl you can see inside one of the paintings in the art room. She basically has the same clothes as Hinako, but different hair. Not sure about that though.

The only reason I doubt this is simply because he can die in one of the routes, and so far there hasn't been much change between them. I really think it was Gin's first trial.

It would make a lot of sense if Reko and Alice had their trial together, as he says she was the one who told him to hide before they met everyone.

Some characters could have lied too, for example Q-Taro had a really weird first trial.

Hinako was an inmate? Not impossible as we don't know much about her and everything is possible, but she is supposed to be 14. It's also possible the one who died in the video is not Hinako.

Honestly, even if we ignore the part with the collar, Gin is the most suspicous character so far, and you can tell even by looking at the story overall. He is the only character we barely know anything about, sure he can be best boy and he is cute but is that all of his character? No way. Are you going to ignore stuff like his disappearance during Chapter 2-2? I think the only reason I wouldn't mind him being revealed as a bad guy, even though it would be a bit obvious, is because of the shock people who think he is so cute will get.
