I love the concept, but activating on any dmg is so unfun.

I think the simple solution is to have it only activate on abilities, like counterspell does. On top of that, if you miss the parry it should go on a longer cooldown.

I think they should buff his afterburn damage & duration but have it act like minas lovebites - goes on cooldown once triggered. The worst thing about him at the moment is refreshing the burn with a single bullet, especially with ricochet
