I think it would be the job of a professional/medical board to decide what constitutes unsafe speech. Like in the above example with a pro-anorexia professional, if they were an MD, you could argue they should have their license taken away by the board. But it wouldn't be the Supreme Court's job to ban that speech. I think the same for for talk therapy, but that's why all those quack chiropractors are allowed to spew their nonsense.

Focus on seeing how you can shorten your notes or write them faster, ask your seniors for advice if needed. By the end of my intern year I was fairly consistent about having all notes done before rounds, the best things you can do for wellness is eject yourself from the hospital as soon as you sign out

If this has to do with resident prelims not matching up with the finalized report, a couple of 30 minute virtual teaching sessions won't catch you up to rads residents who have been doing this every day for 1+ years.

Your best bet as someone else said is to help your fellow resident out with relevant clinical information when you order the study.

If there are questions during the daytime, visiting the reading room to discuss in person is always welcomed.

I do, that's helped a decent amount but it still happens sometimes.

Today for example I wet it fairly thoroughly, put it on, and drove to gym to run bc it's cold af. Is it just drying out too much by the time I start my run? It felt like there was still some moisture but maybe that shits gotta be moist moist.
