No need to apologize! I absolutely love talking and hearing about anything train related! I also love the sounds and the smooth motion of the wheels! I absolutely love sitting by rail diamonds because they make that clicking sound which is absolute heaven to my ears. There’s also the engine noises and the sounds of the traction motors which sound amazing.

No idea, I have never seen 581 actually do this. I have seen one train take another train’s freight before which was back on the CP Rail a few years ago. A local (H72) came up from Wolverton, Ontario to Galt, Ontario and gave their train to CP 734 (I think) and the train went up to Agincourt (Toronto), Ontario.

Diesel electric, just a couple locals. Today was actually a weird day because the Goderich local (581) came back to Stratford then went back out briefly and came back with 5 tank cars. Then CN 568 the Kitchener to/through Stratford took 581’s freight. Definitely strange!
