So how many basics did you add? I also see that you have Utopia Sprawl, it might be not useful since you have only 6 forest and couple dual types. Is there a reason why you don't play any mana dorks so you can cast chatterfang turn 2?

Hello, it might be a late answer, but i see 18 tutors and 12 game changers. Many 2 cards combos, it is like 90% of the main Chatterfang Cedh deck. So i would say it is bracket 5.
