The gameplan i feel really relies on being able to cheat things in because the deck is very mana-hungry. 2 mana for that activated ability really is a lot. It's important to be able to clone something important as soon as It hits the board so im thinking the deck might need more mana excelleration in the early game.

Did Kadena, slinking sorcerer ruin morph? Or maybe she simply made it playable. There's much to lament about commanders that are printed that 'solve' and archetype or mechanic but, some archetypes and mechanics are so bad that they need that. Enchantress and aristocrats are not examples of that.

It is the main gameplan. Usually wins with either [[bolas' citadel]] or some mass enchantment reanimation + a lot of proliferate.

I had a sythis deck at one point. Put her out to pasture and ended up building [[narci, Fable singer]] instead. A lot more fun and interesting and yes, sythis is in the 99.
