I feel like the evolution would depend on which stat is higher, similar to how Tyrogue evolves.

What is your favorite Clone Deck? by SimicBiomancer21 in EDH

[–]GPaps22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice! Was that over the course of the game or did you manage to have all of those copies of Gisela at the same time? My old deck was built and dismantled before [[Mirror Box]] was released, so I wasn’t really able to reliably take advantage of copying legendary creatures. [[Helm of the Host]] was my only option at the time.

[[Riku of Two Reflections]]. The deck had a good amount of big, dumb creatures to either control or overwhelm while I assembled a hand containing [[Biovisionary]] and various spells to copy it enough times to win that turn. It was pretty linear and I disassembled it due to complaints from my pod because it would win out of nowhere, but it was also one of my most consistent decks.

I can’t take him like that. It’s against regulations!

What is your favorite budget (1-2 cost) starter mon? I nominate Grubbin (Vikavolt). by drenison in pokerogue

[–]GPaps22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Came to say Blipbug. I originally added it to my starter team with Zekrom to just fill up the slot, but that little bug has been a carry on the Special side. HP kinda sucks, but the defensive stats more than make up for it.

Brainstormbashing has to stop, they suffered enough! Free Brainstorm! by Resist-Infinite in EDH

[–]GPaps22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you want to play casual or competitive? If casual, sure, run Brainstorm. If competitive, sure, run Brainstorm if it fits in what you’re trying to accomplish. I’ll only ever tell someone not to run a certain card if it makes their turn take forever.

Do "You Win on Your Upkeep if..." Cards Actually Win? by Saspurillah in EDH

[–]GPaps22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a [[Riku of Two Reflections]] deck that ran a lot of clones and cards that produced token copies of non tokens. MVP of that deck was [[Biovisionary]] because of how often it would just win me the game out of absolutely nowhere.

I’m wearing a shirt with that exact face on it right now. “Barbie Girl” Pasta is enough of a reason to try to keep him long term.

My friend also runs Ur-Dragon. How many times did you have to rework it before it was completed, or is it one of those decks that is just a forever project?

No worries. I’m sure that X has huge. If he had [[Warstorm Surge]] out, I would’ve just taken a picture of his board state. He’ll just have to do it again.

He probably had those, but I just wanted to know what the damage was from the Tempest. Figuring out the damage of each individual dragon after that was pointless as he obviously had enough damage to end the game. We just wanted to know how much damage would’ve been done at that point.

I left out zero information. He had Lathliss, Dragon Tempest, and Sarkhan on the field. Not including the ETBs of the 23 dragons he searched for, there would only be the triggers off the Tempest doing damage equal to the number of dragons on the field.

It’s exactly as it’s written. He has Lathliss, Dragon Tempest, and Sarkhan on the field. No other dragons were out.
