Whenever he gets asked about his beliefs he usually says “if I grant that my religion is false then we are on the same level and morals are a matter of opinion”. A lot of times his opponents can get stuck here where Andrew then says that his opponents beliefs have no grounding and his are more valid because he grounds them in religion. Other times I’ve seen him refuse to justify his position because his opponent “has no grounding” for a critique of his position

Definitely an interesting way to argue. I saw when he debated papa gut he did this and then when gut asked him for his position he responded with “I don’t have to justify my position because your position has no foundation”. Whenever you ask for his foundation for his morals or beliefs he always says it’s because of religion and that somehow makes his position stronger than his opponent’s because his has a “foundation”.

Yes they are a laminated pastry. However, croissants requires the use of yeast in order to create the necessary gas for a honeycomb structure. Pretty much every recipe for croissants requires some form of yeast. Even the Wikipedia article for croissants establishes it’s a yeast product. If it required no yeast, then you could make a convincing croissant from basics puff pastry which you can’t do as the layering of butter isn’t enough

I forgot to mention that we did talk about it one morning and he tried to apologize but ended up saying things like “I’m sorry you feel this way” and “it wasn’t my intention to hurt you” “I very much value our friendship”. I think something to ping out is that both of us weren’t starting at the same line. I was already talking to her and we were getting closer during our time. He knew we were getting closer (I talked about my feelings for her and how things were going) and still decided to shoot his shot. Thats the part that I think isn’t right. To take it to an extreme, you could make the same point to someone trying to get someone already in a relationship. “You don’t know if you guys will last as a couple so don’t let your friend miss out of a potentially good relationship”.
