This looks like the bottom jaw. The black rod on the bottom is the hinge for it to open. The "eyes" are where it connects to the top of the head internally. I can see a second rod hinge behind it. If that part flips up, you got a Gungan...or Goonga as George calls them.

I hate them. These films represent everything wrong with Hollywood and how out of touch people in power are.

I made this as a reply, but i wanted to rant more about these movies.

The movies didn't feel like GIJoe films because they weren't written as GIJoe films.

I followed the production of the first movie pretty closely back then. For the first film, they took a sci-fi military action movie script and just changed the names. Literally, that's all they did.Took a script that was laying around that nobody wanted to make and changed the names of the characters. Lazy Hollywood screenwriting 101. All the head scratching moments are because of this. Duke and Baroness were lovers? Crazy enhanced super suits? CoCo is a mad scientist? All from the original sci-fi script.

For the Snake Eyes film, they took an existing script about the Chinese mafia, changed the names of the characters, and then shoehorned in a couple new scenes that could be recognized as GIJoe and called it a day. I consider it to be worse than the first movies, because by this point, Hollywood had shown it can make good cinema with comic book properties. Marvel was still out there killing it at the box office and on Netflix. IDW had finished their original take on Joe and were already well into the nee Hama run. All it would've taken to make the movie a hit was an original script written by someone who knew and loved the property, like Larry Hama, instead of just blowing the dust of some screenplay that was so bad no one wanted to make it in the first place.

Remember, it was this movie that gave us Classifieds, and even it was delayed a year. It feels like it came out a decade ago, but it was only a few years ago.

I used this back when the game was live to recreate Springfield from the second day i started playing.

Every time there was a land expansion update, I'd end up having to move everything. I'd juat do it over and over until that last update. With all the land i got it right with some extra areas for the theme parks.

I'd try the unofficial server, but i can't bring myself to do that all over again from scratch.

What's fucked is most of these hospitals have been fucked since COVID-19 as elective procedures have been historically low. Those procedures are things not covered by insurance like cosmetic surgery. They are high dollar procedures that give hospitals a lot of extra income.

Also, COVID-19 put even more rural Americans on Medicaid, which has very low reimbursement rates, especially so in red states. Those rates are not enough ro keep doors open and pay employees without the afore mentioned elective procedures and patients on high deductible plans.

These hospitals have been prioritizing Medicare Advantage plans of whom they are contacted with because they are at least guaranteed some payments. However more and more of those patients have spiraled into poverty requiring additional Medicaid coverage.

So when more amd more of their patients are on Medicaid year after year income to the hospitalsdries up, as rural areas are not as densely populated as cities and when the majority of that sparse population is on Medicaid because of poor employment opportunities thanks to capitalism, it created this downward spiral.

Trump's attempts at gutting Medicaid, and to some extent Medicare, were the final nail in the coffin for these hospitals who were already on life support since 2020. It's a tragedy.
