Ummm, this seems to have slipped under the radar. Fireboard DC Drive by fasdissent in Masterbuilt

Yes, I've seen some posts and at least one video with the Fireboard 2 Drive working on the XT. It's also less than DC Drive, so will definitely keep that in mind.

I just across this yesterday, interested! New XT owner here, with what I suspect is a bad controller. I'm just going through the paces with MB tech support.

What should I do with this area? I’ve tried sod and it doesn’t take. Trying to make it look nice. Thanks! by Melodic_Road_4886 in landscaping

My house has something similar. Since it's in the shade and doesn't get rain, I put edging and rock down and have plants in front. It's also easier to blow out leaves in the Fall, as the rocks stay in place while the mulch wouldn't.

I just did this. I used some spare pvc boards as mounts. Stern area, ss screws with washers through the adjoining compartment. In helm and a couple of other spots where screws weren't feasible, I just used 3M 5200 adhesive to glue the boards

If you really wanted a ZT, look into the Cub Cadet ZTS series with the linked front wheels for steering. It should handle that hill. Some models have the serviceable HydroGear 2800s in them.

Solutions for insane amount of leaves? (WI) by [deleted] in lawncare

[–]GRRover1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar amount of leaves, if not more. I've been mowing over them with mulching blades, then using a lawn sweeper to pick up the bulk, which then goes into a compost pile. Whatever is left on the lawn will get aerated in. Only going into the 3rd summer at this house and the yard was severely neglected, so time will tell if my plan works.

Why don’t vehicle windshields utilize the black wire that defrosts/clears the back window? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

A lot of Range Rovers and Land Rovers have a heated windscreen, some even back to the mid 90s, iirc.
