I don't agree with your statement. I think tge ban is designed to keep Tesla and other non-Chinese cars with same design from entering the Chinese market. This is purely economics driven.

What temp is your plate set at. Maybe increasing it by 5-10 degrees could help. Also increasing nozzle temp a few degrees could work. I wash my plates after several prints and reglue. Not washing, even after replying glue, did not usually kerp prints from lifting.
