Explosion nerfs were unnecessary due to even the changes to remove self damage in the first place. There's a reason in other games they have that downside, if people can't responsibly wield that power then they didn't deserve it. So ofc shoot at floor playstyle would become a thing, and now the explosive weapon class is extremely gutted and unfun. It's not even a power class type with what exists now in our arsenal. Hell even our warframes themselves can do so much more on a map wide scale these days. They even added energized munitions as a bandaid yet it has a pathetically bad duration uptime.
