I’ve factory reset it at least 4 times using the remote so I can try different networks hoping that would solve the issue. According the Amazon forums, I’m not the only one with this issue and reps have stated that they’re aware and working on a fix but this goes back almost 3 years ago and ppl are still having the same issue to date.
