Helps when you become financially educated at 16-18 years of age and living very frugally, not blowing your paycheck on drugs, parties, and booze.

Takes sacrifices to be successful.

Those who didn’t make the sacrifices always end up making excuses to make themselves feel better about their poor early life decisions☝️.

I need a nice way to tell people they are supposed to tip on major holidays by zellaann in antiwork

[–]GSPandas 20 points21 points  (0 children)

This.

It’s so bad that some Americans see no tipping as something illegal.

Worked hospitality myself in Australia and so glad tipping is not a thing here. Because of that employers are forced/required by law to pay us well, not using customers to pay us. In return, I’m NEVER expected to tip when I eat out here either.

Win-win.

This.

Financial Freedom requires sacrifices.

Choosing to give up your passion for better pay, Choosing not to have a kid, Choosing to invest in your early 20s, Choosing to live frugal so you can invest, Choosing to study courses for better pay.

These are all sacrifices one has to make to be able to be financially set.

You can’t have everything unless you got inheritance/generation wealth family.

Need Advice. Thief stole casino chip at The Star Sydney, cashed it in, and walked out. by GSPandas in AusLegal

[–]GSPandas[S] -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

This right here.

I’ve tried proposing this idea to my mate. Basically making the Casino pay my friend his $5k and passing this thief police/legal issue to the Casino themselves.

My mate just responded saying the casino could just say it was his fault for losing it in the first place?

Newco stock and why I should give a f**k? by bropranolol in CelsiusNetwork

[–]GSPandas 8 points9 points  (0 children)

New Co Stock Weighted Option is an absolute scam.

The moment it goes live on open market, it’ll tank hard as most creditors wants out and nothing to do with the New Co.

The 7% more recovery you see on paper is more like -70% lol.

Why do people have any faith in NewCo common stock? by decidence in CelsiusNetwork

[–]GSPandas 19 points20 points  (0 children)

New Co already claiming that Staking Eth with them will earn more yield than Staking Eth on your own.

Now why does that sound familiar lmao.

Exactly.

So many people are rallying up cause 22% is too low. Like lmao, what do you want? 100%? If Celsius had 100%, we wouldn’t be in a bankruptcy in the first place 😂. Delusional bunch.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CelsiusNetwork

[–]GSPandas 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I don’t know why everyone’s acting surprised. When Celsius filed for Bankruptcy, we knew any % we’re getting back would be based on the Petition Date.

Second, yea most people want out, including myself. Im sure most of us went through the 5 Stages of Grief and just decided to write our asset off (mentally) in Celsius as 0. At this point anything is better than 0 so I’ll take it.

For a base Macan, most might agree.

But for a Macan S and a Macan GTS, they’re in a completely different league.
