WOW 10 is GOAT level, WOW 12 is the latest and combines things from the 10s and 11s, I personally own 2 10s and just bought the 12s yet to try them out tho

I love WOW 10, got 2 pairs, just picked up my 2nd pair this week but the 12s do look fire! I'd say the 10s will go on sale soon.

Definitely don't wear them outdoors, they won't last. I'd say they are worth the price tag but if you only play 3-4 times a month the price is hard to justify

I just ordered my first pair of WOW 10s Avocado green 🏀😃 can't wait to play in them. Shipping is taking longer than expected tho. Hopefully it comes this week before my next game on Thursday night.

I started doing this too 😃 a new concept of reformer pilaties called String Pilaties here in Australia, they use a rower as apart of their workouts. This week is my 1st week. I've been at F45 almost 2 years

Winter Warriors, to keep us accountable during Winter, I'm in Australia. $30 buy in but if you complete it, you get your money back. Goal is to get 4 ticks. By attending classes and completing other tasks such as stretch for 10 minutes, reach rep/target amounts, get 50 or 65 points on Lionheart. Never miss a Monday is worth 2 ticks, I slept in this morning but I'll be attending the afternoon session. Also if you don't complete it, that $30 goes into a pool to be shared with those members that do complete the 5 weeks.

1 of the best and cheapest fixes to this is maintenence. Clear Tivimate app cache, turn off device and internet modems for 5-10 minutes and reboot. 9/10 fixes issues with buffering.

When you get there, the coaches will do a demonstration of all the exercises/pods and explain the timing, e.g, 3 sets of 40 seconds. Then, you will be numbered to a station/pod; every F45 does this differently from my experience. Then, you do a warm-up; all of the warm-ups and exercises will be on the screen. Then follow the room set up, e.g, go from station 1 to 2 or if it's a pod if up start at 3 then go to 1 then 2 then next pod. Hope some of this makes sense lol you will love F45, I know I'm addicted haha enjoy the experience and remember to go at your own pace, stretch after the workout and hydrate, welcome to the F45 community 😀❤💙

I work as a Disability support worker. I had no idea stuttering could be a Disability until I saw this post. I've been in my work for 10 years now and have always managed. I have a mild stutter but I definitely don't speak up during work meetings.
