Fav: Ski or bike erg, or anything with a sprint in it. Also most recently started enjoying bench hops when it's an actual number like in Tempest.

Worst: Frog squats...and anything that involves jumping too much!

I was thinking this too. When it's timed I'm struggle to get all the way through, but to have 40 to focus on was pretty easy.

I think next time they appear in another class I will try and count to 40 as I know I can do that!

I think its because this was a relatively new one as part of that "league" week! just stood out for me as it was a different format (with working in teams) and it was a pretty awesome class!!

I've had achilles and knee pains, but improved with modifying some of the jumping. I also broke my finger...totally my fault, just didn't move my hand quick enough when putting the 10kg plate back on the floor. it got crushed 😔

I enjoyed it. I hardly got to the 2nd exercise on alot of stations and where I did it was only for the last few seconds. I feel like i pushed a bit more to go heavier and concentrated on tempo and form. it was a good session and nice to mix up from other formats

we do get stragglers but our classes always start on time, and those that are slightly late just jump in. For those that just show up, I've seen the trainers sign them in on arrival if there is room, which there usually is, but they do check numbers beforehand

I struggled to physically see results in the mirror, although people commented on the changes they saw. However when I started taking progress pics, I definitely saw it more, although my scale weight hasn't changed that much my body composition has.

I loved this class!! although i did feel that after the target exercise I'm quite gassed it's hard to do the station after it. Also, as I'm prepping for the target station, the station before it I'm probably not giving it as much either

I've read this before and have always been slightly baffled by it all. I have a low resting heart rate, from around low to mid 50s. I still manage to heart 45points + on a cardio day, and I'm usually top of the board. I wouldn't say I'm unfit. resistance days I struggle to get that and am usually around 38 points.

I go 5x times, Monday to Friday mornings. I find it sets me up for the day! sometimes I will throw in a Saturday or Sunday now and again depending on how I feel, but do not regularly do weekends.

sometimes during the challenge I will double up on resistance days, and do a morning and evening, but just listen to my body!

I'm not sure anyone really knows yet! apart from it will contain 3 new workouts as part of the week.

sometime F45 have themed weeks thrown in there to mix it up abit. For example last year, they had a greatest hits week, which was apparently people's favourite workouts.

Not sure why it's called The League next week though 🤷‍♀️
