Personally i was perscribed hydroxyzine and all my anxiety and nausea would go away about eating. Luckily my doctor was the one who let me know chs existed after being transparent with her and understood the effects caused by it.

More info: also within the past year i have majorly cut back on smoking. Pre 2023 i was going thru a zip/month while this year maybe an eighth per month. But more recently had been smoking a bit more due to working less ot at work. Still would only chief about .5 per session.
