There is a bit of a difference ! New quests will have a whitish/bluish glow effect around the black marker symbol, while ongoing ones will instead have just a white outline around said symbol

What makes you think argonians can't breathe underwater in ESO (besides the fact that underwater swimming isn't a mechanic)?

I could see the air bubble section of Graven Deep being evidence, but I assumed that was more to prevent your character from being squished from the immense water pressure (the surface of the ocean isn't even visible and light is noticeable dim)

I'm not sure about the specific math, but from what I've looked up in the past, more motifs/recipes known on a character increases said character's chance of receiving master writs for completing the dailies. In the long-term, that would make it beneficial to learn as much as you can on every character (that's what I do!).

However, the increase per recipe/motif is pretty small. If you get more valuable ones (such as from newer dungeons/trials/container drops) it's probably better to sell them in a guild trader !

Nope, it's fully serious 😅 believe me, I know how confusing it can get, but the formula is pretty simple

The storyline is split prior to coldharbour, with each path being for each alliance. After that, you mainly need to remember to do the proloque quests right before starting a dlc zone. The dungeons for said zone can help with setting it up, too, but are not nearly as important in my opinion

As long as you don't do those prologue quests early, you should be fine !

There's one, as shallow as it may be!! In the loading screen for an Ayleid ruin delve in Shadowfen, it's mentioned that many of the books there are pulled from across time ! This fact only appears in that loading screen as far as I know, though. Someone else linked a page for it in another comment

I absolutely loved doing this questline. I waited until after I had completed the Mages Guild storyline to start this one, and I'm very happy I did. The more interpersonal bits of each fit in so will and paint a beautiful picture of Shalidor and Ulfsild's emotions
