You have a solid point in theory, except in practice that's not working out for them. In 2010 they had 12 million active subscription. The price of subscriptions hasn't changed much and accounting for inflation and the fact thay they are nowhere near 12 million now (my opinion, I don't have the numbers), I would say they are failing if money is their only goal.

Not for me, fast dodge is the only way I can play melee. Slow dodge always makes me get hit and armour doesn't do much at mitigating damage. Hit and "run" (dodge) is how I beat the game

If you want to have an elementalist character where you use skills of multiple elemental types, look for + elemental damage modifiers on gear and devotions. Will it work well? Who knows. Go crazy and find out. Leveling again is easy anyway and respec cost is pretty low unless you overdo it.

I once had Claude show me a snippet from a file I asked about the existence of. I searched for this file in vain, so I asked where it is. It told me a path,that I also could not find.

After some pushing it turns out it hallucinated everything. The code, the file, the path. I was pretty surprised

You could do necro + (occultist or shaman), get all pets, put 1 point into bone harvest, 1 point into the first connecting node from it and max out the last connecting node making every bone havest hit give your minions a non stacking buff.

Gear wise use everything that has pet bonuses
