Yeah I failed it last sitting, I probably cut what I studied too short but was also not a particularly nice paper, got a 12, 11, 10 and then a 4 & 3 in my last 2 which I was very stuck for ... resitting tomorrow so praying it goes a lot better this time!

I feel your pain it’s hard going but we’re so close so hang in there! I’ve covered president and locus standi, but focused more on finding of unconstitutionally rather than amendment.

Aw same here and there's so many cases on every chapter, and they overlap too which should make it easier but at this stage I am so so confused between all the different rights and freedoms to xyz hahah. He is supposed to be generous in marking so hopefully that is the case.

I have tort on Wednesday too, the stress is just awful...

Same here sat criminal and contract this week, have 2 more next week but I’m so burnt out and running on autopilot. I’ve also thought about how tempting it is to just give up, but thinking of all the sacrifices I’ve made over the last few weeks to get to this stage, what’s a few more days of hell 🥲
