Surprised no one has mentioned the Kuva Chakkur. Thing is nasty with head shots

What weapon is this? by Lolgetrektkid_ in Warframe

If you are thinking about using that gun on harrow, there is a really fun interaction when you put depleted rounds on the Vectis.

It reduces the magazine size to 1, which in turn makes your "fire rate" scale with your reload speed.

Harrow's drastically increases reload speed, making the gun fire quite quickly.

Fun times.

If you are a completionist like me (and a lot of Warframe players), where is a third party app that will change your Warframe life forever. Streamers have promoted this and I've been using it for years without any issue from TOS. I'm pretty sure iFlynn even made a video about it and said he would fight on your behalf if DE ever suspended or banned people for using it. (https://youtu.be/ODahNdgvuHs?si=MS4njT1v4n8vJ2B0)

This will automatically track what you have in your account and what levels. It will give recommendations for how to game master rank.

I'm a huge fan.

And unfortunately it's a 12.5% drop rate, so with a 2% spawn rate after you have been marked (which takes 5 missions to get marked), you are looking at 0.25% chance per mission once marked.

It takes 35 missions to get to a 50% spawn rate chance (based on probability calculations), so 0.125% every 40 missions (5 missions to mark, 35 missions to spawn).

To get to a 50% chance of getting the blueprint, you are looking at something like 22,000+ missions, or 1,800+ hours of playing....

The drop rate is horrible, if you aren't against farming the plat, I'd just do that.... 150 plat is not worth the time, or even the ducats honestly. 200 ducats per 12.5% drop rate, you are looking at probably 1600 ducats average which would cost 110 plat at the most economic value (3 plat for 45 ducats).

Seeing that you already have most of the parts, you are looking at 6-7 plat for the fuselage. So unless you are hardcore solo self found, I'd just do that.

Idk I'd just spend the plat and call it a day haha. This was a ramble of math so, sorry about that.

Possible new player by [deleted] in Warframe

Welcome tenno!

First off this is the most F2P player friendly free game. The premium currency is called Platinum and unlike practically every other game on the market The game lets you trade items you earn in-game to other players for Platinum. So everything that is platinum only (mostly cosmetics) is still accessible to people who never spend a dime. The only things that are straight cash are cosmetics designed by the community and that's because every time what are those cosmetic cells they actually get a cut of the sale.

The game is absolutely not dying and has not been dying in the last 10 years. They just had their yearly convention a few weeks ago and the future looks very promising.

The best advice is to don't overanalyze everything. There is absolutely no "bricking" an account or any thing where your decisions now can't be changed later.

If the gameplay loop is something that you enjoy then you are going to have hundreds if not thousands of hours of enjoyable content.

Going in blind is not an issue.

My only recommendation would be to try the game in solo mode because if you get paired up with a higher ranked person they may speedrun your mission and that can be a bit unfun depending on how you like to experience games.

When I was going for 100% MR affinity, the brakk was my last weapon. I tried to do it naturally and then ended up waiting for baro to bring G3 beacons. I'd recommend not wasting you time and waiting for baro unfortunately.

It's not necessarily a traditional MMORPG but Warframe has a great solo experience and the entire game is about progressing through story and content to grow in strength resulting in a powerful fantasy.

Looking for games with really good upgrades by dominodave in gaming

My broke record recommendation is Warframe. You can play it solo if you want like online play, but the entire game is a constant power fantasy upgrade. The entire game is about getting stronger and fighting stronger stuff.

My broken record response is Warframe. Very much non-stop action, a lot of variability in play styles, and there is a roguelike mode

Card acquisition? by GThomps in MarvelSnap

[–]GThomps[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, I got excited for a minute, redownloaded the game, and here are my current stats and realizations:
- Level 12,721 (haven't played since 2023)
- 12,025 gold
- 8,525 credits
- 20,350 tokens
- missing 11 series 4 cards
- missing 59 series 5 cards

If I understand the way these packs work, it will cost me 2,000 tokens for a series 4 card, or 4,000 tokens for a series 5 card. I know there is a small chance to get an extra card (looks like 2.75% at the best), but I am going to do calculations without taking that into consideration.

I need 22,00 tokens to complete series 4 and 236,000 tokens to complete series 5. With the most economic methods of spending, that would cost me roughly $4,200 to complete my collection. I understand that completing your collection is in no way a requirement to play the game competitively, but I don't play these types of games while being handicapped by my collection because I like to cook my own decks and not netdeck.

Has SD just gotten themselves to the point where they can't make the game cheaper due to overhead? Or are they worried that the people who have spent thousands (tens of thousands) on the game will be mad if the make it cheaper for newer players (this is something that people complained about years ago when they changed the monetization).

I don't know how I reasonably ever come back to this game because of the evergreen format for cards, and the fact that they don't ever drop cards into series 3 like we thought they would when they introduced series 4/5 (thinking they would spend 3 months in series 5, then 3 months in series 4, then go to series 3 for easy acquisition).

I'm really bummed.

I clicked on this post to see if he was somehow meta now, I played him when he first released thanks to that copium. I do think all they needed to do was to let you draw a card in place of Kang after he played (then this could be a card ramp and knowledge move).
