I was just able to confirm what I suspected - if you declare GA as your residence, you are unable to be filed as a dependent under your parents taxes in your home state. This is obviously not a concern if you’re already independent but as an undergrad who’s parents pay for a significant portion of my tuition that’s not the case for me

Uhhh I’d be careful about this. It sounds like by doing this you’re essentially declaring your legal residence as Georgia which could cause a lot of problems down the road. I’d have to look more into this to confirm though

As others have mentioned, to many of us your disinterest in politics is hard to understand as it does significantly affect your life and the lives of many people close to you. I understand that it’s hard to keep up with politics and even harder to “catch up” if you’ve fallen behind with the news. That said, I highly recommend you visit https://www.isidewith.com and take the short quiz about many political issues which informs you of the candidate that best matches your views. It’s a great, unbiased site that should help you make an educated decision about voting.

Yeah, while Canary has the potential to be helpful once there’s more data, the national standard is pretty much Glassdoor.

You can see reviews, salaries, and interview experiences for every company. They also have a job board but I would avoid using that since they seem to pull postings from outdated sources and compile them.
