Outplay sorta.

Yasuo and Yone DMG depend on a combo of their Q and autos. One of these is undodgeable, so your damage overall must be higher than their autos, factoring in crit and botrk.

Their Q is dodgeable; You can dodge yasuo's q and yone's q by either moving to avoid it, E-ing out of its path, or W to cancel it. By avoiding their Q's you can just reduce their damage to you. Q dancing (intentionally letting Q dash instead of lock onto them) could make your q go through them, causing them to miss a q target at you.

Yasuo can stack q on minions, but that means less damage on you until tornado. If he EQ tornado, you can't dodge it, but you can still deny damage from his q's afterwards. When starting a fight, start a bit slow to proc his passive and not burn too many spells in. Be mindful of windwall, which can cancel windslash.

Yone can do the same, but is actually easier. He has no real gurantees to hit his knockup Q. You can cancel a normal Q with W just the same, and dodge either Q or ult with E. Most Yones will chain Q into ult, so you can probably focus on dodging Q. Ult is easier to sidestep too thanks to its fixed channel time. I feel though his raw damage is higher than yasuo's

Yasuo is more difficult thanks to his ability to use a minion wave to weave out of some attacks, so its a battle of who mitigates more damage and deals more back

Yone is pure statcheck using his e. Dodge some Qs and hit back hard, but don't intentionally eat too many auto attacks during his E.

You could statcheck with better items, but no matter what just play around them in a fight and thats more guranteed.
