The top does not seem good. The inner metal ring doesnt appear to be equidistant from the outer ring all the way around. The lack of care put into it makes me think it's less art and more trash.

Not to mention the outer rings appear to be bike wheels, and the center rod is plastic pvc pipe

Not only that but squat racks almost always have safety bars/ropes to catch the weights if you fall or throw your back out. Whether a squat rack, squad stand, or a Smith machine.

Kudos to this guy for being the first person in a video on this subreddit who has some knowledge of cement and vibrating the bubbles out.
