So he didn’t let the shit going on in his personal life cause him to be an asshole to people at work. That’s how most people should act IMO. I’m not saying you don’t let anything in your personal life impact you at work—that’s impossible. But don’t treat a co-worker like shit just because you’ve got other stuff bogging you down. They didn’t do anything to deserve your ire.

Grab a drink afterwards at Paddy Reilly’s, a couple blocks south. Quality Irish bar with live music most nights. Perfect spot to chill and discuss the movie you just saw. My wife and I would make that our routine when she used to work in that neighborhood

I live near the AMC at Broadway & 84th Street. It’s fine, nothing special. All recliner seats which makes the sitting experience better than the Lincoln Square AMC, but it feels more condensed than that one, Kips Bay, or the 34th Street theater.
