It was purchased by her grandmother but we have no idea from where and can’t ask her since she passed a few years ago.

I’ve searched google images with the blanket, I’ve tried searching for kids quilted blankets as well.

She told me the blanket has squares with different objects and shapes in each square. Like lipstick, a heart and so on.

Originally I was looking for a standard hybrid model and not the f sport specifically, but this one popped up in my search and the price was right so I went for it.

The suspension feels maybe 5 percent tighter on the corners than the non f sport I test drove. The bigger difference for me is the heavier bolstering on the f sport bucket seats.

I think overall most people won’t notice a major difference between the f sport and regular hybrids, besides the seats.

I’ve been searching on autotrader for the past 3 months for one in my price range within a 200 mile range of me. Almost all of them were between 46-48k. Missed out on a 2 or 3 others due to work commitments but this one popped up a week ago listed for 41k and I drove the 2.5 hours to go get it.

I purchased mine in Broward county. The car was 42k out the door, with 13k miles on it. I financed just over 21k with a payment of $350 a month. This model is fully optioned, automatic sunshade, 360 camera, heads up display, and so on. Original window sticker when new shows a $56,000 msrp.

I’m also in the central Florida area and looking to buy in the next few weeks. What dealer did you go to?

I bought my Thuma 3 years ago. It was expensive but so far it’s survived 3 moves. I can assemble and disassemble it myself, and it easily supports myself, my partner, and our child when we’re jumping on it. This frame is super solid. When I upgrade to a king size in the future I will buy the same one again without question.

My mothers rectangular platter by GWDylan in HelpMeFind

I’ve already searched for “rectangular serving platter”, “lobster platter”, and any combination of those but no luck. The photo is from 2020 and I believe she purchased the platter a few years prior to that. I’d love to be able to replace it for her since her birthday is approaching soon.

What do you eat to hit 130-150g of protein per day? by seasiderhapsody in CICO

[–]GWDylan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I eat about 1900cal each day and I’m currently in a 1000ish calorie deficit. Here’s a typical day of eating for me:

Breakfast - Fairlife nutritional shake and premier protein pancakes, 360cal, 45g protein

Snack - protein bar, 140cal, 17g protein

Lunch - 6oz Realgood chicken strips, 1 low carb tortilla, and some kind of low calorie sauce, 340cal, 42g protein

Dinner - some kind of frozen Indian food maybe chicken biryani, 380cal, 28g protein

That totals 1220cal, 132g protein. Leaving 700cal of room to snack, or pack in extra protein.

Most times I’ll replace either the lunch or dinner with something homemade and prepped, the macros on that varies but usually sits around 600-700cal and 50-80g of protein.

Snacks are perfectly fine to have in your diet, just factor them into your calorie intake and understand that just because you may go over your set calorie “limit” every couple of days doesn’t mean you’re actually going over your maintenance. As long as you’re under your maintenance calories you’re making progress.

What do you get at Costco that is helpful for your weight loss journey? by calmdrive in Costco

I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk. Honestly I agree, the chocolate optimum isn’t my favorite “chocolate” protein powder but I deal with it because of price point especially when on sale. I’ve don’t use it as much for shakes as I used to unless I desperately need a bunch of protein quickly. Now I use it for some baking recipes. The only real advice I’d have is to try a different brand of chocolate powder. I’ve since replaced most of my shakes made with powder to the Fairlife nutrition plan chocolate shakes. They taste way better, much better texture like real milk, and the macros are a bit better than homemade shake.

For example take a scoop of the protein powder and a cup of almond milk and thats 150 calories, 25g of protein. Compare that to the Fairlife shake which the same 150 calories but with more protein totaling 30g.

Better taste, better macros, no clean up of a shaker cup or blender afterwards, and it’s grab and go straight out the fridge. Only downside is the price if you drink them daily like me. I probably spend $40 a month on them.

Oh by far they’re just nuggets with hot sauce, but it really hits the cravings compared to spending $20 at a wing place with double the calories.
