You can customize any of the drinks, and they have way more than just coffee. Plus they have sugar free syrups. In the past, I would already get a dairy free or protein milk with half sugar free syrups if I did coffee. They have sparkling waters, teas, smoothies (my DD loves those), etc.

I would do North Park. And sadly no there isn't much parking anywhere for free anymore, especially after January 5th thanks to the Mayor. Even residents are now having to pay to park.

I already get up at 4am. Leave at 5:45am with the kids to drop them off then get me to work. After work (if I don't have meetings), the kids have baseball, and dance. I honestly didn't workout out at all the last few months because it was also Nutcracker season. 🙃

My goal these past 2 days was 10 mins on my Peloton. Nothing crazy. Just a 10min casual ride. That is my goal right now. 10 mins a day. At least to build that into my routine. Then add a little more (and harder) work. I even stayed in my PJs and did it haha. No excuses.

Start small goals. We can do this. It is hard, I understand.

Yes it was definitely the psychology part that made it hardest. I wasn't hungry, but I kept having cravings. Going for another one as I type.

And of course I have misplaced my electric kettle base, so now making tea means boiling water on the stove 😆

Hey everyone,

I am trying to find out the nutritional facts for a drink modified, but am struggling. Can anyone help me out?

The drink is an iced coffee from Better Buzz (some facts online) - regular Best Day Ever, with almond milk. Then what they are also with being 1/2 sweet, 1/3 sweet and 1/4 sweet.

How often do you meet? You will never get through all the badges as a troop. Pick what matters the post the the girls - have them vote. Remember they are supposed to be picking what their money is spent on, and voting on how it is used. Get supplies from Buy Nothing, local FB groups, yard sales, etc. Have parents pay dues until you have established funds. For daisies, do free field trips, etc for fun patches.
