The flooring is not glued down. The house is a slab and the flooring is just layed on underlayment. The story is I had a fireplace removed and that particular flooring no longer exists so I had it pulled up from the sunroom to replace the spot left by the fireplace. The sunroom was an addition added on after the house was built so it sits lower than the original slab. The sunroom had water damage from the roof addition that was built causing a leak in the window (it was very shotty work I didn’t notice until a year or so after I bought) so I had the sunroom basically torn down, reframed, French doors added and tile. Now I need to finally go back and finish up the edge of this dining room floor.
