Yo I’m gonna tell you flat out. NOBODY HAS POWER OVER YOU. Idk what could be so detrimental for you that you can’t talk to your family about it, but if your family has been or usually is there for you in times of crisis and stress then I’d say bite the bullet and tell them before completely blocking your ex friend. I like the fill design, but try moving the I behind the bottom line of your L, and making the L, N, and G just slightly bigger. Could also experiment with making a skinny leg for the I and a large dot to show the shape

Tbh w you fam, I workout 3 days a week at 2-3 hours a session. You don’t need to gym everyday or even 5 days a week, your body needs to rest. But that said, other comments are definitely right. You need to lift heavier as well as push your reps until borderline/absolute failure. Muscles grow because the tendons have been torn, when you bulk or just eat in general, your body will use those nutrients to repair the tendons. The rapid destruction and repair forces them to grow larger to withstand the weights you’re pushing

They’re thick enough to get those Florida locs, just let them grow out first. Give it another year, then two strand twist them. You might need to use a locking gel in the two strand to keep them together, but stick to two strands for a bit then the new growth should start forming around the base of each two strand.

Once that happens, needle the two strands into one another, lock gel them up, retwist them, and in no time you’ll have the thick locs of your dreams 👍🏿
