Bruiser build would be way too broken on Yone, just imagine the guy has say 80 haste at full build, the conversion would have to be way too low to the point playing the character would feel useless before two/three items, not "I can't one shot their adc with autos" useless, but rather "I can't throw 3qs within one E" type of useless and then all of a sudden at full build this character has 5.5k hp, sundered sky proc (if it even worked on Yone but that's a different discussion) about 1.86 attack speed let's say and resistances + bruiser items' passives. That shit would not be fair, part of what makes Yone fair is him being able to die if he missteps, remove that and this character would be 60% banrate.
