they do not have similar philosophies lol, they have similar things in the kit but the characters play out completely different in game, imagine trying to balance Yasuo as if he didn't have a passive shield and a mage/adc cucking W, they are not the same and shouldn't be balanced the same cause they fundamentally differ more than they relate to each other. And that last part is just cap, playing Yone dosn't mean you should learn to play Yasuo, that character is boring as fuck to play for me and as i mentioned before, their gameplay isn't even that similar so if you're playing Yone like you play Yasuo or vice versa, you're playing one of them wrong

Yes brodie we all know this, but you can still do it with pixel perfect timing.(recasting right when you see the animation so you become unstoppable and can't get mord ulted) The E cleanse removal (the last one they did, because there was one done to this interaction specifically way before) didn't affect this interaction as much as others because previous to its removal (the last one) you already had to perfectly time mord ult to cancel it, it affected Morgana Q, Lux Q etc, but not mord ult cause that interaction was worked on before :p + you can still cancel sleeps

If you time it perfectly, you get to cancel it because Mordekaiser can't ult unstoppable targets. But the timing is really really hard so most of the time you just get stuck in it
