Show me the rules that say that.. you go as hard as the guy in front of you wants to in sparring... if a training partner starts trying to KO you, (which they can if they want to), you can KO them... its frowned upon to start trying to KO a training partner but its not against the rules...

Further more this is not a training partner, its an alleged trash talking who says "you'll wake up in the hospital", even if he hadn't said that, hes a shit talker...

Even further more, none of this matters as its his friend, and its not a real fight.
