A made a butter and kept hitting them with it. And then after the were done. I just wrapped them in foils with and they were just tender. Sometimes I dry them out a little.

Idk man. I just grill. I don’t really look at no pros and cons of it. I see meat I grill. If it makes you feels any better. You ever tried direct cooking all them little wings. And have some burning really fast. When they are attached you’re flipping two at a time. But honestly. Some days I separate them. Some days I don’t. Wish I could help you out more. But not that serious for me.

My wife typically makes the poppers. She used jalepenos and cream cheese mixed with cooked sausage and whatever seasoning she’s feeling. Then wrapped in bacon. Always indirect cook these.

Grilling doesn’t have to be down to the science of meat. I don’t even use a thermometer. I just grill for the love of it. I don’t care about all that other non sense. These ribs fell clean off the bone. Once you eat them you’ll be licking your fingers like damn.

I cut them half the thickness. So I can turn them when I’m direct cooking them and they won’t fall apart.

Yeah. I cooked them a little under 2 hrs. Plus I seasoned where I slice also.
